La empresa de transporte taxi-colectivo
Ciudad Universitaria S.R.L. posee actualmente
48 socios cada uno con su respectivo vehculo
para el trabajo diario de la empresa. De los 48
vehculos usualmente hay trabajando de
manera permanente 43 vehculos en todo
momento.
En este Proyecto vamos a Simular sus procesos
de Trabajo que realizan en sus unidades
mviles y el presente problemas de colas que
genera en sus puntos de salida y llegada..

Como se puede observar, la cola se atiende con respecto al
primero que llega el primero en recibir servicio. Sin embargo se
presentan los problemas siguientes:
Muchas veces durante la cola de espera aparecen otros
colectivos Oportunistas que le roban la clientela a la empresa,
mientras ms larga es la cola de espera y ms atrs est el
cliente en la cola hay mayores oportunidades de que deje la
cola y suba a un taxi-colectivo que no pertenece a la empresa.

CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES
El uso de un software de simulacin simplifican la realidad, dndonos una idea de la
situacin actual y brindar ideas para mejorar el sistema en cualquier aspecto,
conociendo datos estadsticos del mismo
El sistema actual de colas de la Empresa de Transporte Ciudad Universitaria no
cumple las expectativas del cliente, esto debido al alto tiempo que permanecen en
cola en momentos que son considerado de gran afluencia de pblico durante las horas
punta y en donde se debera poner un mayor nfasis debido a que la satisfaccin del
cliente es el punto en comn para esto se requiere generar una seleccin de ruta
exclusiva para clientes universitarios durante esas horas.
Se deber implementar al mximo la cantidad de vehculos para poder satisfacer las
necesidades del cliente, ya que de los 43 vehculos activos actualmente en la empresa
solo trabajan alguna parte de ellos y no colman la afluencia del cliente.
A pesar que aumentan los costos esto tambin tiene que verse reflejado en la calidad
de un buen servicio y cmo influye en el aumento de las utilidades, ya que algunos
conductores pueden verse contradecidos con el nuevo sistema impuesto durante las
horas puntas ya que puede causar prdidas de utilidades ya que a veces no todos van
a la ciudad universitaria y bajan en distintos puntos ay que hacerles entender que la
satisfaccin del cliente es lo primordial.
