Handling Process flow
 Listen to the respective client requirements completely and carefully.
 Immediately Post Advertisements on registered jobsites.
 Hunt relevant CVs from jobsites and Internal Database.
 Check for references. In certain cases, entice through Solicitation
(poaching).
 Maintain relevant details (contact, education, experience, current sal,
notice period etc.) of candidates, including his/her feedback on the particular
client/requirement.
 On receiving positive feedback, send confirmation mail and ensure
confirmation receipt from the candidate along with attached word formatted
CV, for the same.
 Route the CV to the respective client, marking a CC to the respective BD
and await until the feedback is received from the client.

 Schedule the shortlisted candidates for an Interview by mailing the A3TL
Interview Letter format (inclusive of Client Address and Contact Person’s
name) and reconfirm orally too.

 Mail the client regarding the availability of the candidate for an Interview.

 Mail a similar copy to Miss Vandana along with candidate’s contact nos.,
for reconfirmation of the his/her availability on the scheduled date.

 In case of non-availability of the candidate, inform the respective client


and revert back with the re-schedule.

 Keep your superiors informed on the follow-up.

 Check the status of the Interview and inform the superiors, irrespective of
the nature of the feedback received.

Our Personal Behavior
 Speak clearly about the requirement and pronounce your words
properly.

 While it is our duty to be attentive and courteous, we should


definitely avoid the occasional temptation to become over friendly with
the candidates.

 Each one of us should take up the responsibility to be the executives


of this company.

Dress Code

There is no standard dress code.


However the employees are expected to
maintain a suitable and appropriate
dress code in the organisation

Clocking In
Any employee who does not sign the register will be marked
absent.

Employees must present themselves at their place of work on


scheduled time when their duty hours begin, failing which they
will be treated as absent.

If an employee is found absent after signing in the register


without appropriate approval from the immediate superior or
without satisfactory reason, he/she will be treated absent for such
a period and wages may be deducted for the absence in
accordance with provisions for laws.

Working Hours

Working hours of the employee


shall be in conformity with the
provision of the law and the
employee shall not object to break
duty hours.
