This module provides: (a) Entry,updation of approval records. (b) Provision for Approve or Reject the particular Record. (c) Provision for Ordering or Receiving the approved books. (d) Provision for making the Accession Register through Direct entry or through Received Books. (e) Updation, Deletion or Printing the Accession Register. (f) Generation of unique Accession No. (g) Entry, Updation, Deletion of a vendor record. Inputs in this system: (a) The whole information of a book for Approval (b) Information required to make the Accession Register. (c) The information related to a vendor.

Creation of Bibliographic Machine Readable Cataloguing (MARC) Records. e. Generation of unique Record No. Inputs in this system: a. Details of Fixed and Variable fields.
