different phase of working. Where they take care right from students, parents &
the most important school management.

• The basic concept of entire software is :-

1. Stand alone application
2. Web based application [online ATSI]
3. SMS Generation option (Attendance, Result etc. on mobile)

Stand alone application

Trough this software they care for all the parents who even don’t have knowledge of
Computer & internet. In this system school computer system which will provide both
Online & standalone details like:
1. Attendance Details: Kept student’s attendance, which will be update
regularly & data base will be maintained for ever which will be available
on the website.

2. Result details: Kept student’s result, which will be update regularly &
data base will be maintained for ever which will be available on the
website.

3. Transport (buses detail): contains route details like bus number/name, bus
route, bus fare, pickup time, drop time etc.

4. Library Details: It includes book details which has been issued by the
students.

5. Fees Details:
Details Kept student’s fees detail, which will be update regularly &
data base will be maintained for ever which will be available on the
website.
6. Down load option: Student can download syllabus, time table etc.

7. Time Table Software for school: help the faculty members to create time table.
8. Bell Ringing Software: software trough which school will have automated bell ringing facility by providing the time slot.

9. Co-curriculum activities: Keeping database for students extra co-curricular activities like yoga, karate etc.

10. Faculty Details: Also maintains all the details of the faculty members.
