FOR PEOPLE Security and Safety: Ledges (0.8 meter of height) serve as boundary line of the park and separates the area from the street. Views are cleared from the street into the park Visible and sweeping view for police inspection Cultural enhancement/Enrichment Historically significant and is of strong character Monument of Rajah Humabon (the first Filipino chieftain to embrace Christianity) which is one of the major site feature within the park.
