Means extracting the file from CS Click Pro/LOCATE -> enter the Base No. of part & drg -> click Search Search screen displays the matching records Highlight the files of your interest and click Checkout button

Means updating files into CS after creation or modification in workspace Update the revision and release level if needed, and then checkin. In case of a new file, set folder, revision, release level, then checkin
