Definition of Pedagogy.
Pedagogy --- derived from Greek words Paid = Child; Agogos = Lead (To lead the child) Pedagogy --- The art or science of being a teacher. (strategies of instruction, or a style of instruction)
Teachers assume responsibility for making decisions about what will be learned, how it will be learned, and when it will be learned Information received directly Less experience, difficult to make a decision Have limited ability, cannot be a source for others

Evaluation of learning
Disadvantage: Students will found their own talent, passion, ability, were not developed. They cannot explore their self, unable tell their own truth.
Paedagogy During primary and secondary schools. All materials are provided by teachers. We rely 100% on the teachers.
Andragogy. Apply in higher education (university, college). The teachers just giving an outline of the topic to the students.Therefore the students have to find the materials on their own.

Always prepare yourself when engaging upon a difficult task. Having a well thought out strategy is the fist step for beginning any major task. When you have a set plan, you will achieve your goals quicker than you could ever have imagined.

Definition
Values * Qualities, characteristics, ideas which are followed (taken up) by us * Ones beliefs that someone/something is valuable
Values determine what are valuable, what the advantages, what the disadvantages to ourselves
Human Values

Types of values.
Moral
Means "manner, character, proper behavior" A moral person behaves in a way that is believed by most people to be good and right Eg : Responsibility, Kind, Loyalty, etc
Aesthethic
Is commonly known as the study of sensory or sensory-emotional Values.Value of appreciating art or beauty.
Intrinsic
The concept of intrinsic value has been characterized above in terms of the value that something has in itself, or for its own sake, or as such, or in its own right. Value for own benefit or satisfaction Eg: self respect
Extrinsic
The opposite of intrinsic Value that benefit others Eg : tolerance
Material
From the material value, we can see that character of someone. Eg : tidy
Universal
Human as social creature that cant live alone, because all the living being are needing each others.

From who?
1 7 years --- Parents 8 13 years ---Teacher, hero, idol (music, sport, actress, actor,etc) 14 20 years --- Friends in same age (Schoolmate) > 21 years --- Usually have established values, but still need to updated time by time
