Shipyard are fully responsible for converting the basic design to production drawings within Max. 10 days.

4. Block Prefabrication
Steel plate & structure cutting. Block assembling. Welding. Rectification. Block to be blasted and painted as per paint specification Inspection & acceptance.

Step 2: Installation of Girders and Webs in Side Oil Tank.

Step 3: Installation of Inner bottom plate block in Side Oil Tank

Step 4: Installation of Slop bottom plate block in Side Oil Tank

Step 5: Installation of side BHD block in Side Oil Tank

Step 5: Installation of webs in Side Oil Tank

Step 6: Final Installation after steel work

Progress 3: Painting
After testing, all welded seams to be de-rusted by Grinding and painted as per Specification. Blasting and painting in Tank if required.
