STEP BY STEP IN WRITING

Through observations and analisations ,we can conclude that most pupils are weak in writing skills due to lack of vocabulary and grammar. Many are not interested to write because they do not know the correct and easy techniques of writing. CHANGE THEORY Peter Druker

In order for a change to take place, collective decision must be made. Goal must be clear. Actions pertaining to change must make sense to all who are supposed to take part in change. The head of schools should be excited enough to lead change.

COLLECTIVE DECISION
PPD Kluang called up a meeting for the head of primary school to get collective decision on using MAS Module to help the weak students.
