Research Objectives
The primary objective of this study is to assess the impact of corporate culture on Organizational Effectiveness
To ascertain if cultural diversity affects employee job performance To determine empirically the relationship between organizational culture and employee job performance Assessment of relationship between job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness
Research Problems
This research study is poised towards providing answers to the following questions:Does organization culture have any effect on employee job performance? In what way does organization culture impacts employee effectiveness? How does cultural diversity influence job satisfaction
Hypotheses
The three hypotheses for study:
H0: Organizational Culture has a significant positive influence on Job Satisfaction H1: Cultural Diversity has a significant positive influence on Job Satisfaction H2: Job Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Organizational Effectiveness

Sample space will comprise majorly MDI students Survey respondents will include employees of Maruti Suzuki Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon and Hero Motocorp Ltd. Gurgaon Responses from peers, friends and associates who are working in organizations pan-India will be analyzed
