Work report
Surgery assisted of the trauma titanium implants
are in quantity 9 including DHS, Lateral, Tibia,
Small LCP. DHS are frequently used in february.
Surgery assisted of the trauma titanium implants
are in quantity 13 including DHS, Lateral Tibia,
Small LCP, SPINE POLY screws, Phyllous LCP.
25 Poly axial spine screws are implanted in last
month.
Technical Problem Diagnosed
3 times diagnosed the problem at the time of implanting the compression screw of DHS locking
plate.
Screw driver doesnt fit in the lateral tibia, distal femur and phyllous locking plate ZIG system.
Screw driver shaft required at the time of DHS surgery.
Calibration drill bit required at the time of using Zig system. Calibration should be properly
impressed on the drill bit according to thickness of the both Zig and plate.
Rod bender doesnt work properly to bend the 6.0 mm rod used in spine.
Osteotome is required in Small lcp surgery.
Rods sizes are not actually the same as printed on the rods.
Rod pusher doesnt work properly.
Marker doesnt work properly.
Rod cutter is not there to cut the rod.
Torque limit screw drivers torque is not enough.
Rod reducer doesnt work
Cross link connectors instruments is not there to plant it.
Kwires T handle and any other instrument is not available in instrument set.



Ethical Problem Diagnosed
Rods sizes are not actually the same as printed on the rods.
MRP list is not available in the company and it creates a wrong opinion either in
the doctors mind or in the hospital norms. I have been facing this problem by
approving the price list in narayana hrudyalya.
Batch number should be there to enhance the quality marks of the product.
Earlier the product used to come with printed packs but now the product
doesnt come with it. Sometimes the patient or the doctors could ask for the
packing of the product cause he is paying an enough amount of money. Its a
very tiny problem sometimes arised but it could create a huge trouble
sometime.
I request to the company that whenever the product is being sent by bus it
must be sent by government bus. All the time problems arised. The bus comes
after 3-4 hours from the given time.
There are No marketing Kit to show implants and instruments to the doctors. All
the time I need to bring the whole instrument set. It conflicts sometime when
the surgery call comes.
There are no proper titanium implant brochure to describe the product range.




Planning
I have planning to penetrate the market of Bhilwara, bikaner,
udaipur and jodhpur. In further months I will try to make
dealers in these city.
I planned for NARAYANA hospital, metro mas hospital, SMS
hopital and fortis hospital and two of them are somehow ready
to use the products but it will take some time to bring flow in
surgery.
I planned to approach three hand surgeon and will start
working on it very soon.
Two neurosurgeon were in contact with me and they started
giving surgery. I will approach 3 more potential surgeon.
