【明報專訊】地盤工人涉嫌在銅鑼灣皇室堡 UA 戲院後
樓梯與南亞裔女子性交,被戲院女助理經理揭發,其間
地盤工疑「聲東擊西」猛力「胸襲」女職員圖助女伴逃
脫。他被控作出有違公德行為及非禮,案件昨日在東區
裁判法院開審。
女職員指不止一次揭發
被告楊顯光( 51 歲)昨否認控罪。女事主供稱被告並
非首次在該處「打巷戰」,今年 2 月 19 日下午,她接
到同事通報戲院內有異動,故與潘姓副經理分頭巡察,
終在地下後梯聽到呻吟聲,發現被告正與一名戴印度頭
巾、黑膚色女子坐着性交,遂上前喝止並堵住太平門以
防兩人逃脫。
她先警告他們,並着同事報警,數分鐘後被告發難將她
推開,與女伴衝出太平門,其女伴遭事主捉住,被告遂
大力難事主胸部及臀部逾半分鐘,當時她又痛又驚只好 Stevens Yeung
放 手讓兩人逃走,途人聽見她喊非禮,遂擒着奔走中
的被告。惟辯方質疑,女事主可能認錯人,但她堅稱後
樓梯光線充足,清楚記得被告外貌。聆訊本月 16 日續
審。
