This program is activity for Faculty of Education students especially for final year students. The program is construct base on interview to our alumni about their experience toward get posting at rural areas. The program will be held at Sg Chiong, Grik, Perak. The program is prepared for 40 students for final year students. This program organize by PMFP and held for 3 days and 2 nights.
To give exposure to future teacher in real thing of the teaching areas especially in rural area lack of infrastructure and technology. Developing the skills, knowledge and values about volunteerism through activities conducted. To follow the objectives of our faculty of education - able to adapt to and adopt from the local and global work environment . First method: we use interview as the way to get need analysis.
Second method: we use questioner technique to evaluate effectiveness of the program carry out.
Third method: We use presentation for some of our activity. Every student divides into 8 groups. Each group will present the task that given to them where they give their opinion.
We do some research by using interview method among alumni of Faculty of Education. The interview question is: 1) If teacher will be posting in the school, which you prefer either rural area or urban area? 2) How teacher thinks to manage their emotion especially in rural area? 3) What your opinion about volunteerism through activities in teachers perspective? 4) Based on your experience, how long you take time to adapt with community
