Ecosil: Yarn Produced By Roller

Introduction
Ecosil is actually a trade mark derived from
ECO(Ecology) and SIL(Yarn in Korean).
Therefore, Ecosil means a yarn having good
interaction with the environment & living things.
Ecosil produced with the help of Air Vortex and a
hollow spindle after roller drafting. This innovative
and advanced technology has been introduced by
Korean spinning company “Samil Spinning” and
in this method stapled fibres of Viscose Rayon,
Modal and Micro Modal are being used
commonly.
 How Ecosil made
ECOSIL is made by putting fibres in the
revolutionary air current inside the special
nozzle, turning and twisting of itself (special
spinning method that fibres are turning in air
jet, so twisted automatically without
mechanical force) because of this method it
has twisted structure of good yarn qualities
which is particularly suitable for knit, for it is
hardly distorted in knitting and hence the
resulting fabric has low spirality.
