Steps in Identifying Fan Motor Terminal
1. Prepare Multi Tester
2. Label terminals with numbers
3. Check Resistance of every pair of terminals
4. Get the highest to lowest reading

Highest should be the Aux and Low speed

highest should be the Aux and Medium
3
rd
highest should be the Aux and High speed

5. Get the lowest reading

It should be between Common and High speed

The two common terminals must have no resistance
reading
