Organizational effectiveness involves an assessment before


instituting change. Determining the problems that interfere with
effective operation is one assessment to perform. Author Steven
Covey (The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle
Centered Leadership) suggests there are seven chronic problems
in organizations.
