For 40 years in the wilderness, Moses and
the Israelites had only one praise event led
by Miriam after they crossed the Red Sea.
(Exodus 15:1-21)
WHY GOD DID NOT REVEAL WORSHIP TO
THEM IN THE WILDERNESS?

ANSWER: Because their hearts were not
right towards God.
God didnt reveal worship to these people in
the wilderness because they might worship
God with their lips but their hearts are far
from Him.
Isaiah 29:13 Mark 7: 6-7
DAVID REVEALED SOMETHING God
does not need a blood sacrifice. He want
praise from your mouth.

David is actually saying that God want our
hearts more than our blood sacrifices. God
want our hearts right with Him.
A MAN AFTER GODS OWN HEART.
DAVIDS HEART WAS ALREADY RIGHT
BEFORE GOD FROM THE VERY
BEGINNING.
David was already singing before he
build the tabernacle.
David was already dancing before he
build the tabernacle.
David was already praising and
worshiping God before he went
to the house of God.
David was already a great private
worshiper before he went into
public worship.
Praise and worship runs deep in the
veins of David.
WHAT GOD SAW IN DAVID?
I saw a man after My own heart.
I saw a man killing bear and lion when
nobody saw him.
I saw a man singing praise and worship
in the wilderness and didnt even think
that his songs will be publish someday.
I saw a man faithfully tending sheep while
all his brothers lined up trying to receive
the anointing .

Davids ministry was on the area of :

Davids ministry was about to come to an
end.

Davids ministry was almost 40 years and
he was growing old and weak.
God is about to do something new.
Davids leaders wanted to help and extend
the ministry of David by bringing to him a
young virgin named ABISHAG.
The name ABISHAG means father of error
or father of blunder
Davids ministry is liken to the Charismatic
Movement of the Church.
Some Charismatic Movement leaders were
trying to save and extend the movement
using flesh pictured by Abishag.
This resulted to prophesying in the flesh;
manipulation of people and merchandizing
the anointing.
BUILDING THE TEMPLE OF SOLOMON
David was not allowed to build the Temple
because he was a man of war whose hands
shed blood.


In building the temple, no iron tools or sound
of iron was heard in the temple site. This is
because iron symbolizes war.
You cant have war and worship in the house
of God.
1 KINGS 6:7
In building the temple, only blocks
dressed at the quarry were used, and
no hammer, chisel or any other iron
tool was heard at the temple site
while it was being built. (NIV)

The stones used in the construction
of the temple were finished at the
quarry, SO THERE WAS NO SOUND
of hammer, ax or any other iron tool

And King Solomon and the entire
assembly of Israel that had gathered
about him were before the ark,
SACRIFICING SO MANY SHEEP AND
CATTLE THAT THEY COULD NOT BE
RECORDED OR COUNTED.
1 KINGS 8:63
Solomon offered a sacrifice of fellowship
offerings to the LORD: TWENTY TWO
THOUSAND CATTLE AND A HUNDRED
AND TWENTY THOUSAND SHEEP AND
GOATS. So the king and all the Israelites
dedicated the temple of the LORD.
1 KINGS 8:10
When the priests withdrew from the Holy
Place, the cloud filled the temple of the
LORD. And the priests could not perform
their service because of the cloud, for the
glory of the LORD filled His temple.
2 CHRONICLES 5:12
And all the Levitical singers, Asaph,
Heman, Jeduthun, and their sons and
kinsmen, clothed in fine linen, with
cymbals, harps and lyres, standing east
of the altar, and with them one hundred
and twenty priests blowing trumpets.
2 CHRONICLES 5:13
In unison when the trumpeters and the
singers were to make themselves heard
with one voice to praise and to glorify the
LORD, and when they lifted up their voice
accompanied by trumpets and cymbals
and instruments of music , and when they
praised the LORD saying . . . . . the house
of the LORD was filled with a cloud.
2 CHRONICLES 5:14
SO THAT THE PRIESTS COULD NOT
STAND TO MINISTER BECAUSE OF THE
CLOUD, FOR THE GLORY OF THE LORD
FILLED THE HOUSE OF GOD.

King Solomon took the Praise Team who
have been singing faithfully for the past
7 years.
King Solomon chose the right Praise Team
on the basis of faithfulness; loyalty and
commitment.
HOW TO BRING THE GLORY OF
