CONCLUSIONS &
SUGGESTIONS

conclusion

I visit the poojan engineers pvt ltd at near GIDC sectors,
company. I learned how they work in the engineers field
industry. Every personnel give a valuable response and
help us how they perform their work. I am thankful their
valuable guidance. The main purpose of the industrial
training is to develop students practical knowledge of
industrial activity. They believe in recruitment for attitude
and train for skill. in my study I find that employees were
very co operating and doing work with enthusiasm they
were working for companys well being.

Suggestion

I have found in poojan engineers that employees are lacking of
motivational factor. so to motivate them company should give
motivation through financial and non financial benefits like, reward
system. Employee award system.etc
There is communication gap between employees. To increase
communication between Employees Company should arrange some
small gate together and meetings.
All the major decisions are taken by top management. Just because
of that employee feel that they are least important they must be
include in management.
The reporting system is improper. So make it proper for batter
know.
