WORKPLACE BULLIES
Madhu was
humiliated by her
boss in a staff
meeting.
She realized even if
she voiced
interesting ideas
people were
irritated and
jealous of her.
She was ostracized
by the group as
being a snob when
she did not join the
gripe session.
She had to resign and
find another job.
WORKPLACE
BULLIES:
1) Distributive Justice It looks at
peoples perceptions of the fairness of
outcomes that they received.

2)Procedural Justice It refers to
peoples perceptions of the fairness of the
procedures used to determine the
outcomes that they receive.

3)Interactional Justice It was found that
individuals appraise the fairness of the
interpersonal treatment they receive during
decision-making procedures and outcome
distributions.

->Informational justice refers
to fairness perceptions that the decision maker
is truthful and provides adequate justifications
for decisions.

-> Interpersonal justice refers
to treating people with dignity and respect.
