Assign team members to steps and monitor team progress against the plan.
Resolve or evaluate project issues in the areas of operating policies,

Conduct scheduled, periodic meetings with the project team, Project
Sponsor, and Steering Committee.
Act as a liaison between engineers and designers and serves as the project
contact person for external (non-project) resources.

Perform administrative activities, such as maintaining project plans,

coordinating time sheets, and coordinating meeting schedules.

Upgrade Lead
Ensure that all upgrade project activities are assigned to the appropriate

resources and completed on schedule.

Configuration Manager
Oversee the Scope Change Management (SCM) process for all environments.

Coordinate and manage the application of all object changes, track updates and fixes

throughout the various installation database environments, and act as the approver
for implementing changes into the various environments. Use upgrade tools to
manage the software upgrade process.
System Administrator
Assess the computer-related needs of user community.
Assign user IDs, set up security access and network access, and set up workstations.
Establish system schedules, such as online access "up times," coordinate reporting

needs and special batch execution, and make sure operational activities, such as
backups, are performed.

during testing activities.

all integration test issues.
