Business Description
Our mission is to develop products that remove

fear in customers mind of death of their pets


during the summer. After intensive market
research we have been able to develop innovative
products that address identified needs in the pet
product market.
Currently, we are developing a product that makes
it easier for pet owners to relief their pets in hot
summer.
Cooling fan is a device for pets to provide fresh air
and capability not available in the market today.

Product Description
Cooling fan for pets is a state-of-the-art product in
the market and above all that type of product is
not available in the market.

Our product provides air by using four fans


constituting a total of 12V. It uses a solar panel for
charging, a battery as a stand-by and a charge
controller, to control the flow of charges.

Gap Identification

During a visit in pet market, a constant complain


by the shop keeper and the customer was the
death of pet birds during the summer. Hence,
there was swear need to solve this issue. So, we
came up with the idea of cooling fan.

We will fill an existing need for the client by
specializing in cooling fan for pets.
Right now we are operating just in Lahore and
this cooling fan for pets is a new trend in market.

We have newly entered in the market so presently
our growth potential is low but we shall soon

conscious.

the initial price high to establish high perceived


value.
Although the price of product is intentionally set
high, based on manufacturing costs these retail
prices can be dropped substantially and still leave
a reasonable margin.
This allows for price flexibility and pricing
strategy modification based on the response of the
market.

Sales and Distribution


Our initial sales strategy will focus on regional
retail sales.

As sales increase and more working capital


become available we will begin to focus on
national retail sales. Although 'big-box' retailers
(e.g., Hyper, Macro) are key targets, most
products enter these retailers via distributors.
To get our product into these stores we will

pursue agreements with distributors that already


have relationships with these store.

Advertising & Promotions Strategy

Brochures and visiting cards would be distributed,


in plenty, to almost all pet shop keepers in the
market. They would be argued to hand over these
brochures and cards to their customers

product design has been developed by the help of


engineer. All the components of the product were bought
of good quality and a minimum price. Using simple
techniques of electricity and circuits the components were
join to finalize the product.

The component has been purchased from the local whole
sale market. We are buying fans, solar panel, charge
controller and battery.
