Some of the reports are dedicated for BPM only, while
other reports are for both BPM and RUM to view one
or the other you can choose between Synthetic and Real
data (or even both).

Status reports - General


Information for Business and Application owners
Status reports provide an overall view of your applications
and enable you to understand general problematic areas,
which you can investigate in more detail using the analysis
reports.

Defining the Measurements


Page time Total time it takes for the client to download a page,
including all components.
Page Server time Time spent on the server during page
download.
Page Network time Time spent on the network during
page download.
Page External/Client time Time spent by user or client
application during page download.
Latency The average round trip time between client and server This
measures the speed of the connection.

Analysis Reports
Analysis reports provide a focused view of your applications
and related entities, such as transactions, actions, running
software, end-user groups, and so forth. You use analysis
reports for troubleshooting specific problems and to help you
determine their root cause.

Provides a real browser look & feel:
Automatic recognition and assembly of multiple frames and

iframes into a single page

Populates form fields with the user selection


Highlight where a user clicked or modified fields
Remove sensitive data like passwords, ids, etc. from the
replay snapshots

Resource Caching
Resources such as images, Style Sheets etc can be stored
at the RUM probes
The caching is configurable per application

The resources are stored at the probe for 2 weeks

Makes viewing snapshots and replaying sessions


more reliable as the resources are always available
Does not add any extra burden on the applications
performance.
