Insurance:
The equitable transfer of the risk of a loss, from one
entity to another, in exchange for payment.
Insurance Policy:
Insurance policy is a written contract between the
company and individual who taking insurance policy.
Parties involved
Insurer:
The company selling the insurance.
Insured or Policyholder:
The person or entity buying the insurance policy.

It's the amount of money a policyholder pays for

It's the amount of the loss, which the insured is
