It can be defined as the space a buyer is getting in an dwelling i.e. in the total carpet area how
much area is being used for the circulation space in a single unit to the use space given. This more the
space is useful more is efficiency of that space.
The relationship between the income and the benefit generated by a particular floor space and
its cost. The objective of optimum space efficiency is to achieve the maximum of benefit with
