About RBPL
26 year old RBPL, the sister concern of Ratan Housing Development Ltd., is one of the
constituents of Ratan Group. It is single-mindedly engaged in concept, designing construction
and consultancy of residential and commercial projects. Well abreast with the new trends
driving the global construction industry RBPL is incorporating new ideas, chalking innovative
design strategies and creating energy efficient spaces to come up with projects that have
carved a niche for themselves in the realty space.
Over the years It has build many class leading land mark residential and commercial
projects. In the process it has taken every care that its projects are catering to every need of

In 1997 company expanded its construction activities to Dwarka, New Delhi. Most of its apartments were deluxe flats with amenities like Club, Swimming Pool, Jogging Track and beautiful landscapes.
