Topic: In the current cultural content of
Bangladesh is it possible for the women to
become efficient and successful senior
level executive in any public or private
organization?

INTRODUCTION
The majority of women in Bangladesh lead a pitiable life
both at home and in society. Womens employment has
increased all over the country but compared to men,
women are still at more vulnerable position. There are so
many factors acting as the barrier for women to reach the
top positions of their career. At the same time there are
some positive things those are helping them to focus on
their career. In our presentation we will focus on both the
barriers and positive influencing issues in the way of
women's career to the top level in Bangladesh and our
finding.
