 We gave training to Self Help Group... At various

districts like Madurai, Theni, Dindigul, Tiruchendur,
Karur, Trichy about Solar system.
Also we have given training on Applications of Solar for
graduates at Madurai Kamarajar University

 This was a stepping stone for betterment of this

program.
This program helped the SHG group to start a new
entrepreneur life with new ideas

Recommendations from our

experiences:
In-depth analysis on the audits is must and primely a
measure of what you learn.
Study on harmonics and designing of filters to mitigate
them.
Getting familiarized with the equipment is also
mandatory.
The more you work the more you learn (Practical
approach).

 This is the place where we can learn practically ,by

virtue of that we can excel in reaching our destination in
an effective way.
Be humble to learn everything in a practical way rather
than a theoretical approach.
Field visit is a key through which the door between
theoretical knowledge and practical exposure can be
opened.

Conclusion
Stop Thinking Learn By Doing
