OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this project is to Eliminate,
reduce or minimize the deteriorative impact of a
wastewater on the receiving water quality and its
environment under INTERNET OF THING.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the monitoring of waste water treatment process in IoT environment is discussed.

In order to create a platform for the electronic devices to get connected and communicate with
each other, without human interference, a new technology, iot was invented.

With the help of pH sensor it sense the contamination of water, so if pH = pH level of water,
than Pumping motor starts. If pH level of water varies than chlorine motor starts and pumping
motor stops.

When pH level again comes equal to pH level of water, than again pumping motor starts and
chlorine motor stops. If any thing happens wrongly it will be indicated by buzzer and whole
process can be viewed in PC via WSN. Then level measurement and pH measurements can be
displayed in LCD.

These information will be automatically updated through the server. As these devices are
interconnected through internet, these information can be accessed from any place.

Introduction
The Internet of Things (IoT, for short) is a phrase which means everyday
objects are connected to the internet and participating together on a system,
It also means the convergence of conventional connected devices and
smart appliances. This can be employed for many applications like
industrial applications, environmental applications, biomedical applications
for monitoring as well as controlling the processes. Here the purpose of
this project is to monitor waste water and treating it simultaneously with
the help of IOT.

What is IoT
Internet Of Things represents a general concept for the
ability of network devices to sense and collect data from
the hardware devices around us, and share that data across
the internet where it can be processed and utilized for
various interesting purposes.

EXPLANATION
TRANSMITTER
The information from the pH sensor, gas sensor, viscosity
sensor are in the form of analog signals. The microcontroller
accepts only digital signals, so these are passed to ADC
converter and the obtained digital signals are passed to the
microcontroller. The readings are displayed in the
LCD.These information are brought under the internet
environment by automatic updating of information by the
microcontroller. When the pH level of water is greater than
that of water then chlorine motor starts. These can be
controlled through the internet by the registered user.

RECEIVER
The proposed system provides automatic update of
information on the basis of iot. As the water quality
characteristics are measured they are stored and this
information can be accessed from any system. The
advantage of this method is the process can be controlled
from any system by the registered user. The process of
pumping and spilling chlorine in water can be controlled
from any place through the server.

CONCLUSION

The proposed technology is emerging one and can be

employed in many areas.
This give easy access of data from any part of the world

Applications of proposed
system

Transportation: We have been using GPS to track movement of

delivery trucks for years. IOT eases and simplifies the entire process by
introducing a monitory sensor that helps to track distance and time
locations and other contributing factors.
Inventory management: As managing fleet, inventory management
and tracking is also a major task. IOT is used to tag radio frequency
sensors to track the location of products in real time. It has been
instrumental in tracking the level of inventory and to stock it in advance,
making alerts for unforeseen stoppages, automatically placing orders,
etc.
Facilitates warranty and maintenance services: IOT enables
product tracking. This in turn helps to keep a track of products that
require maintenance or warranty. This also helps in crisis moments like
thefts to track and place a product.
Vending technology: IOT has played a big role in enhancing the
working of vending machines by enabling them to communicate to
monitor inventory levels, determine pricing, etc.
