Basically, what have you done to set the foundation for your project?

Timeline of what the group still needs and wants to accomplish

Describe these in detail while providing a timeline

Presentations will begin in 2

Broome County Urban League (8 minutes)
Johnson City Senior Center (10 minutes)
CHOW(12 minutes)

Monday March 16th

Magic Paintbrush Project (10 minutes)
SUNY Attain Labs (10 minutes)
Discovery Center (12 minutes)
Ross Park Zoo (12 minutes)

Question & Answer

Each presentation will be followed by a 3

minute Q&A session:

If no questions are asked, presenters will need

to pitch some questions to the class to help
with discussion

Presentation Logistics

Split total presentation time equally

among all group members
Business casual attire required
Power Point & time line required

Power Points will need to be submitted to Pete

by noon of your presentation day

Mid-Semester Reflection
Requirements

4 page individual reflection:

Each discussion point should have its own
page
All papers are to be typed, 12 inch font,
double spaced, 1 inch margins and Times New
Roman font type
All reflections will be turned into your TAs on
Monday March 16th

Points to Cover

Page 1: Write about your personal experiences with the project so far:
What have you individually accomplished/taken a part -in with your specific site?
What ways has this particular service project helped you in your leadership skills, project
management skills and with your service development?

Page 2: Write about your group experiences with the project to date:
How has this particular projected assisted you in working as a team member?
What accomplishments have you experienced as a group and in turn, what have been
some challenges you have faced and how have you overcome them?

Page 3: Guest speaker connection:

How have the guest speakers impacted your outlook on service, leadership and project
management?
Please reference at least one of the speakers, and what were the take away points from
that discussion
How has their lasting messages made you think about your project and/or sites in a new
way and the work you are doing?

Page 4: Next steps:

How have you personally grown from this experience so far?
What do you see as your individual and group "next steps" in completing your service
projects and leaving your mark?
Please discuss your remaining short and long term goals
