KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 8:
Would I assign an employee to a job that I knew had not been made safe as it should be? Why?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 8:
No. Because if something bad happens to that person, I would be the one responsible for them and I dont want to burdened with guilt that I had sent someone on a job that I know is not safe.
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 9:
Would I lie to my subordinates to save face, get a job done, gain job security, get a raise or be promoted? Why?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 9:
No, I would not lie to my subordinates. They would be disappointed in me and I dont want to be branded as a liar in the workplace.
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 10:
Am I willing to deliberately work against my peers to make them look bad and myself look good? Why?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 10:
No, I want to be fair with them. If my boss thinks that I am good, they would give me job and if not, then I will use that experience as an inspiration to better myself more.

Who do I want most to please? Why?

I want to please my parents. It is because I want them to know that all their hardships were not wasted on me, and I want them to enjoy the success that I would have.

For me, a person that is unethical is the person who only thinks of themselves and does not fight fair.

The people I would be associated with are those that are trustworthy, loyal and true persons.

No. Constructive criticism is okay but criticizing without basis is not.

Do I discipline as a constructive process, design to teach and to mold, or as justified punishment? Why?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 16:
I would discipline as a constructive process. Doing so would make a person learn more by themselves.
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 17:
How would regard time conflicts between my family and my profession?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 17:
I would try to balance time between my work and family. Within the week, I would dedicate a day that I would spend with my family without work interrupting it.

What is my view of the money that I will earn from my work/profession?
KEY AFFIRMATION NO. 18:
The money that I will earn is the prize that I would get for working hard. I have earned that money using my own skills and hard work and I would cherish it.
