€ In Discussion forum students can post their Queries and provide

Suggestions.
 TEAM LOGIN
€ Detailed information about past projects are provided.

€ Can Search the past projects for Replication Avoidance.

€ Can submit proposals to staff in request for guidance.

€ On receiving acknowledgement can proceed with Approval from

HOD.

€ The status of the project will be indicated in the Team login.

 STAFF LOGIN

€ Staff will receive the Guidance Requests from various teams.

€ Can view the Topic and Abstract of the project.

€ If interested with the proposal he can send the Acknowledgment to

the team.

€ After that he can monitor his team members effectively.

 HOD LOGIN

€ HOD login has Complete Access to the system.

€ Can issue the Approved or Not Approved status by evaluating

the topic and description of the project.

€ Can frequently update the Review Dates and Suggestions to

the all logins.

We have presented a new type of project submission

system, where the time consumption in much reduced. The search
mechanism which we provided is effective in avoiding replication
of projects. In this scheme each and every process is automated
and authenticated. This scheme is practically applicable to all
colleges to keep track of project information.
