EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Satay
House Enterprise is one of the

latest small company that operated in


Malaysia. This companys name was a
result from our partnership effective
discussion.
Many of us, are progressing their
lifestyle where the job career is
the main thing to think about.
Due to that matter, they will find
a place where they able to spend
their leisure time with the
beloved one and family.

For business matters, we


are providing the mouthwatering
satay
dishes
where we has present our
satay
with
traditional
method
process
of
preparing dishes.
So, to fulfill that demand,
our
business
in
our
restaurant able to serve
their needed meals as well
as providing a good place
for families to gather.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are starting the business
with the total capital of
RM160,000 and all of the
partners
are
contributing
RM60,000
and
the
rest
RM100,000 is from Bank
Islams loan.
We have six workers that
is general manager,
administration manager,
financial manager,
marketing manager, and
two operation manager

PRODUCT DESCRIPTON
Satay is a Malaysian classic dish that to be served with a
wooden stick. The satay is a dish of seasoned, skewered and
grilled meat, serve with a sauce, or even known as Kuah
Kacang. Satay consist of diced or sliced chicken, meat/mutton,
lamb, rabbit, perut. These are grilled over a charcoal fire on a
special satay grill.
Satay is a very popular delicacy in Malaysia. Most Malaysian
considered satay as one of the most selected choices, and even
to be promoted by Malaysia for international purpose, as this
dish is also included for tourism industries and in flight menu.
In Malaysia, satay is always popular dish when it comes to
celebrations such as Hari Raya. To honour it, satay is listed at
number 14 on Worlds 50 most delicious food readers poll
complied by CNN Go in 2011.

make more customers attract with our product.
