the Job Interview
What should you Do before going
for the interview..?
Before you will go to interview. You should be
well prepared.
1. There is no consistent pattern for job
interview;
2. that many first interviews are just that
:interviews to screen candidates for a possible
second interview.

interview..?
1.Know yourself: Review the self-assessment
document you created based on your skills,
accomplishments, interviews, and personal values.
2.Know your resume. Take at least two copies of your
resume with you.
3.Know the company. what do you look for?
Earnings, products, expansions, management
changes.
4.Know the position. Prepare with you strongest
qualification if job position is known.
5.Know some question and answer. Prepare some of
your question in advance. Try to anticipate some of
your interview’s questions.

6.Know that your nonverbal appearance communicates
loudly.
This means that your clothes, your shoes, your jewelry,
your color choice—all say some thing about you.
7.Know that your oral delivery also communicates
a monotone rarely holds attention. Oral variety in pitch and
moderate volume is recommended.
8.know some basic salary ranges. Avoid lock-in-stone
positions on salary; initial interviews are not the place
for negotiation sessions
9.Know that you must review.
Before you go to interview you must review one or two
times so that you should be familiar with same
environment when u will in interview.

you give

7. Do not interrupt. Let the interviewer finish. Then try to link
your achievements with your answer
8. Keep the answer brief. The more answers you provide. the
more varied the information you can give about yourself
9. Show interest in the company. Here too, tactfully relate your
achievements to your future’s employer’s need.
Negative Factors to Avoid

1. Discourtesy. Avoid first names, doodling,


disinterest
2. Unfavorable comments.
3. focus on the positive.
4. Omit criticisms of former professors,
colleagues, other employers.
