RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research Methodology is a way to systematically
solve the research problem Research is common
place refer to the search of knowledge. Research
is an original contribution to the existing stage of
knowledge, for making its advancement. The role
of research in several fields of applied economics
weather related to business or economy as a
whole has greatly increased in modern times.

DATA COLLECTION METHOD :There are basically types of data present with the help of
which a research work can be done. They are:

PRIMARY DATA

Primary data are collected by the researcher

himself and are original. In collecting primary data, a sufficient
time and money are involved. Individuals are contacted from
the field of investigation. Primary data are collected according
to the need and problem of the researcher. Since the Primary
data are collected by the researcher himself, hence no extra
precautions are required.

SECONDARY DATA

Secondary data are not collected by the

researcher and are not real . They are in existence priory and
were collected by someone else or by any organization. As the
secondary data are already in existence so no much money and
time are involved here. Secondary data are collected by
someone else but the present researcher makes use of them.

FINDINGS
Only

20% of employees found that the workplace is in a very

crowdy place there is lot of disturbance.
During

job rotation process there is huge work overload to the

employees.
73%

employees felt that standing on the shop floor for whole

day causes them stress.
As

per my analysis at Store employees were highly stressed &

27% of them didnt have enough time for their families.
Most

of the employees at the store were untrained.

32%

of the employees were not happy with the pay package.

63%

of employees found their variable salary proper.

The

hike in pay package is not in a proper sense

Because

of improper pay package most of the employees were

in indirectly under stress.

SUGGESTION

Excessive pressure must not be exerted on employees to achieve the target

which causes them stress and decreases the level of job performance.
There

must be proper training process in store so that employees can easily

access which each and every job when the job rotation takes place.
There

must be a hike in pay package once in a while according to the ability,

qualification, workload and experienced employees.
Performance

must be evaluated properly by the key person and the

employee must be promoted.
Training

programs should be conducted from time to time so that an

employee does not get bored from their job.
The

conflicts between the employees must be resolved at the initial stage by

the store management.
Store

management should try and reduce the competition between the

employees that causes them stress.

CONCLUSION

Stress is something that happens in our daily lives and

is usually associated with a particular event such as work,
family or other responsibilities.

Effective stress management is something that our lives

can go little more smoothly stress management is as
simple as taking a walk.

It has been proven that physical activities would improve a

personss mental health, help with depression, and relieve
the side effects of stress.

Employees at store were to much stressed with the job

with heavy workload, so the employees expect some
refreshing events to add up in their work place like
entertainment, trips, tea breaks, intervals once in a while
during lumps of work. Accordingly the employees expect
