A leader is one who influences a specific group

of people to move in a God-given direction.
In order to influence and motivate people a
leader must learn how to relate to people
effectively.
You must acquire the tools to BE a good leader
they are not inherent in the job.

Leadership backlash

Leadership by its very nature

inevitably leads to conflict.
It comes from without BUT most

This will test your personal maturity.
What we ARE is revealed in a crisis

In conflict the greatest weakness is closure.

Partially resolved
Unresolved
Most important is what you LEARN from conflict.
It is bad enough to go through it but worse to go
through it and not profit from it.
