What is Dropbox
Dropbox is a repository in the cloud for personal
photos, documents, videos, and files. All updates
made to Dropbox will automatically show up on
all other personal devices like computers, mobile
phones and tablets. Contents of your dropbox
can be shared to other people as long as you
give the access.

Go to the Dropbox website

For starters
use the free sign up

click the agree
box, then the
Sign up button

downloading.
When completed,
follow
the installation

status. This will take a
few minutes depending
on your internet speed.

installed, enter details

A screen appears showing where the Dropbox

folder is located in your computer. Click the Get
Started with Dropbox folder. A dropbox icon is
created in the taskbar below.

folder to organize your files.

Drag and drop the file from another

folder to the Dropbox subfolder.

the taskbar. It shows the
Syncing status of the file in
your local folder with the
dropbox folder.
