Management Server DCN Setup

Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) is a standard
used to provide data communication between the
NMS and SDH NEs.
To manage an NE from the NMS, the NMS must
have an OSI stack with an NSAP address installed.
The NMS needs the NSAP addresses of the NEs,
and if the DCN is established to the NE, then the
management system can communicate with the NE.
