Before consumption material should be physically on the line

Process Instruction (PI) Sheet for R&D

Definition of a PI Sheet:
Provides the opportunity to record data (Resources and
Materials) collected during production
It is the primary document used by production
The PI Sheet must be available in online and/or printed
format (depending on plant organisation)

The PI Sheet contains input fields for:

Resource information (Resource Confirmation)
Material Consumption
Process Parameters
Production Yield
Batch numbers
Signatures
Comments
