and is accountable in achieving the

Some of the characteristics I have observed

in successful teams are as follows
Everyone in the team puts and listens to
each other on a equal level
Team members have high level of energy
towards the objective to be achieved .
Team members have a good amount of
interaction among themselves

Goals of the team should be clearly
defined
Sufficient time along with sufficient
resources should be provided to the team
Team should be given recognition when
they perform well
Team should be rewarded on small
milestones achieved by them

People should be aware of all the people on the team
Members should know and agree the same path to the
desired goal
The company should be supportive to the team

Though virtual teams are most prevalent

phenomena at present but it has not been
effective to a much extent .
Problems with virtual teams is
Appearance in between a meeting
Briefing again and again regarding the
metting goal on arrival of each member
Clear goal defining is a must for a virtual
team.
