INTRODUCTION
In today's world it is required to be precise, by the times
as measured today, we sometimes prefer to leave
everything for later despite the fact that our actions have
a detrimental consequence. Technology gives us and
makes us more efficient life, prevents us from having to
give a personal message, find someone, find a place
search tasks, find objects or even leave do rank in the
Bank.
In this project is addressed at the problematics of
the students in ITESI, in the next text its in input.

PROBLEM
Problem 1-books:
On more than one occasion the students required some book and
when this goes to the library to have access to this, without
knowing that the requested book is not or there is only 1 for
reference being that the student requires to make use of the book
outside the institution

Problem 2. The renovation of Material:


When students get material "book" you have a
period of time to retain the material, through
this period of time you have for renew the
adquisition or loan of such material, for this
requires must go to the library of the institution,
which sometimes is complicated and if there is
no time or by some problem is arrived at forget
the date the renewal limit may be not already
renewed and will have to pay surcharges.

Problem 3- Loan of cubicles:


The library cubicles are a
requested for students,
especially when it is required
to do some work on computer
or for when you want to
perform some activity quiet .,
usually this space always is
busy and more than ever by
students who only lose time
when some students if they
require it to do activities

OBJETIVES
Optimize the time of students in the search and exclusivity
of the books.
Renewal of the material (in reference of the books).
Make use of cubicles in a form organized

EXPECTED RESULTS
A major performance in the time of the pupils with regard
to the steps corresponding to the library.
A major control for the personnel of the library as for the
lending and renovation of books and / or material.
That the student body does not lose time in looking for
any book and / or material that is not available.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Through the platform of connect, we can access a new system, we call it, library services

PROPOSED METHOD
1.Loan cubicles
In

the

must
complete the form, he or
she must to add the

students, the date of
request, time required
and the career to finish
the form.

2. Another opcion, is
required another date to
delivery some book, it's
lengthen the loan of the
book. so the student
does not have to go at
library to renew some
book. the form that the
student has to fill is
shown in the following
image.

be to require a book to
loan this is an option to
divide the book because
sometimes there are
few issues and when
they seek are not
available , so the system
will tell if the book is
available or not .

To include this function to the system. it's estimated six months to
program the code of popups and the three functions. the work
can be done by a team of systems engineers also informatics to
provide a more user friendly interface.

CLOSURE
Thanks to the development of this work, was given to a
tool library services, through a simple software
application, that allows providing such services more
dynamically among the student community within the
ITESI. Thus, the objectives for this project were met.
Thus, students are provided the opportunity to better
occupy their time, and better use of space and tools
offered by ITESI for academic development of all students.
