This should be carried out for Incoming material. Bar code will be generate
After quality inspection for OK qty & against purchase order.

Bar code logic:1st Option:- Purchase order number / Material Number / Qty / vendor /
posting date (Without batch management)
2nd Option:- Purchase order number / Material Number / Qty / vendor /

against PO for OK qty
Scan the Bar code from store person
Material come to
Unrestricted stock
Production order create & Reservation
will generate for raw material against
production order
Generate the Bar code with respective to
production order for consumption material
Stick the Bar code on Bin or pallet for reservation material
& standardisation of Bin
Scan the bar code during goods issue against production
order
Generate the Bar code for finish material during GRN
against production order

After GRN mat. posted in
