Criterii de eligibilitate
ceteni ai Republicii Moldova
vrsta: 25 35 ani
studii superioare
nivel intermediar de cunoatere a limbii engleze:
TOEFL - 500 (paper based) sau 61( Internet based)
posedarea cunotinelor i a experienei profesionale i academice
n domeniul dreptului public din Republica Moldova
angajai sau activ implicai ntr-o organizaie public sau ONG
competene de lider i capacitatea de a lucra n echip

Etapele de selecie
1. Depunerea dosarului electronic online, care va fi
verificat de comisia alctuit din 4-5 exper i din Moldova
i SUA
2. Examenul scris TOEFL (paper based), la care candidaii
vor trebui s acumuleze un minimum de 500 de puncte
din maximum 677.
3. Interviul n limba englez, care va fi monitorizat de
ctre 4-5 experi din SUA: reprezentan i ai Ambasadei
SUA n Moldova, coordonatorul LFP de la Washington i
Directorul ACTR-ACCELS Moldova David Jesse.
