DOA APPLICATION FOR SAE

1. Major repair from OEM approved documents

Aircraft ETS is now but the OEM approval comes later (we
cannot release EO without OEM approval)

Modification or repair from other DOA organization not


OEM (we cannot release EO instructions that is not from
the OEM)

4.

Provide temporary repair (EO) where OEM failed to


provide repair instructions on time

5. Provide EO for SB that is not applicable for the aircraft but


requested by customer
NOTE:
a. Most of the DOA activities are to support the customer
aircraft coming for heavy checks.
b. Modification like cabin retrofit is in our scope of approval
but our personnel (engineer) havent build up the
capability up to the level.
