The company lack of publicity.
The company having some hard time to reach
potential buyer and developers outside of the

1.3 PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Publicity
With the website more users will know about DEFA
Enterprise existence not only for those who had been
cooperated with them before but to the potential
customers and public.
Ease up the process of buying and selling property
It will help customer to upload, fi nd or buy the
property or real-estate advertise by DEFA Enterprise.
The customer can make a appointment if they are
interested to sell their land to DEFA.
For an advertising
To promote DEFA as construction agency for potential
client.

1.4 PROJECT SCOPE

User scope
The company targets customers are mainly public people
who are interested in real-estate or any other services
provided. The government agency whos interested in
building settlement and any other civil projects. The
private company or developer that may require the
services off ered by DEFA Enterprise.
Platform scope
The platform used to develop the web application system
is Windows 8.
Place scope
The developer will publish and develop the website on
Weebly.com

1.5 SIGNIFICANT OF STUDY

Obtain information and requirement through interview
session with the fi rms owner and the document provided
by the fi rm.
Website help in promoting the fi rm to target market.
Developing website helps me as a student understands
more.

CONCLUSION
Chapter 1 generally about introduction to the fi rms
background and and the fi rms problems.
The projects objectives, scopes and the signifi cant of
the project.

2.1 INTRODUCTION
The fi rm focus on contruction fi eld in business.
The fi rm is not widely known by the public and target
customer.
Advertising by fl iers is not eff ective.

5.1 INTRODUCTION
In this chapter, few development constrain and
recommendation of future work to make sure the
website run smoothly without any problems

5.2 DEVELOPTMENT CONSTRAINT

Diffi cult to fi nd suitable web hosting provider.
Templates not working or suitable for content.
Too much graphic will aff ect the user buff ering the
product.
Limitation in meeting the owner for further opinion
and portfolio content updates.
Cannot add website to viral search engine as a free
user.
Cannot add custom URL and Domain as free user.

5.3 RECOMENDATION FOR FUTURE

WORK
Make appointment with the owner.
Ask owner if they want to paid for the hosting earlier.
Properly arrange picture according to projects date
and always update the projects pictures.
