keep up the traditions, they are cheerful, hospitable and never complain
about something. This place is called Bucovina. It is a blessed place with
wooded mountains, big grassland, wealthy households, century-old churches
and good people. Here, the word poverty does not exist. It is like entering
in a different Romania as soon as you tread here. It is a Romania of the
people who work and enjoy every day.

Here are some examples: Borurile
and tocaturile bucovinene Polish

"nests of five" (five rolls, each filled
with other meat - chicken, pork, beef
and veal with sheep - all wrapped in a
pot bal leaf) tocineii (meatballs in
"barabule" Bucovina - Bucovina
potatoes), trout prepared with cream
etc.
