Project description
Twitterjaya company has recently approved PrinTech to develop
a bus tracking system which passengers and bus conductor can use
the tracking device to performs tracking function of the system.

This function should enable passenger and bus conductor to use

the device to track and get information of their location.

The tracking function of the bus tracking system server will

included highly capacity performance service.

The Twitterjaya company can leverage our capability and

experience in tracking system to increase their bus services by
capitalizing on new, effective and easy to use tracking technology.

Project Scope
The bus tracking system able to do tracking function and make
a record to the server database.

The tracking and displaying information service is able to

function correctly and avoid of lagging problem due to real-time
service and transaction.

The displayed information will be sorted correctly according to

the exact location.

Constant update and system maintenance to the system to clear

cache data and system capacity.

QUALITY
MANAGEMENT PLAN
The Project Sponsor is responsible for approving all quality standards
for the Bus Tracking System Project. The Project Sponsor will also
review all project tasks and deliverables to ensure compliance with
established and approved quality standards.
The Project Manager is responsible for quality management throughout
the duration of the project. The Project Manager is responsible for
implementing the Quality Management Plan and ensuring all tasks,
processes, and documentation are compliant with the plan. The Project
Manager is also responsible for communicating and tracking all quality
standards to the project team and stakeholders.
The Quality Specialists are responsible for working with the Project
Manager to develop and implement the Quality Management Plan.
Quality Specialists will recommend tools and methodologies for tracking
quality and standards to establish acceptable quality levels.

QUALITY BASELINE
* The Bus Tracking System project must meet the quality

standards established in the quality baseline. The quality

baseline is the baseline which provides acceptable quality
levels of the Bus Tracking System project. The software
must meet or exceed the quality baseline values in order to
achieve success.

Lesson learned
Project management plan is important in developing a
large project so that we can complete the project within
timeframe
It is crucial to make sure that one team can work
together and give cooperation. This is because if one
member did not do their work, it will effect the progress of
the project
Project manager should assign responsibility to the
correct people in completing a specific task.
