This assignment covers the management of these
properties and how the management of the building
maintains the building from day to day to accomplish
the goal
Moreover, this assignment will be discussed properly on
the understanding the process of property management
in the office building, apartment, shopping complex and
government building

It is located at the heart of Kuala
Lumpur which is at Jalan Semarak
and Jalan Tun Razak.
It is 31-storeys and 4 level basement
building with land area 1.032 acres.

surrounding areas are commercial and government building
Example of government building are National Heart
Institute, Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Istana Budaya and a few
public schools such as Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan
Tamil Jalan Fletcher, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina Chong
Hwa and Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Raja Muda.
Example of commercial activities are The Castle Restaurant,
Restoran Gu Yue Tien Sdn. Bhd, Damansara Village

Then, Suria KLCC, Ampang Park Shopping Centre and City
Square Shopping Centre are the shopping complex that the
visitors can visit. The hotels nearby with TH Selborn are like
Naza Talyya, Masria Inn and Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur.

ACCOMODATION
The amenities that public can get here are public transport, bank and
petrol station. The public transports are like Jalan Tun Razak taxi service
point, Jalan Barat Bus Stop, Datuk Keramat LRT, Ampang Park LRT Station
and Chow Kit Monorail. People around here can use many bank services
like Bank Islam, Cimb Bank, and Maybank. In addition, for the need of the
vehicles, there are three gas station here, two of them are Petronas Petrol
Station and a Shell Petrol Station.
The facilities inside TH Selborn that accommodate the people are surau,
toilet and pantry room that provided at every floor. Besides that, TH
Selborn also provide 4 level basement park, that is more than 400 car
parking, for visitors, there are parking places reserved for them at level
B4. In addition, to assist the people to go to the higher floors, it provided
10 unit lifts. TH Selborn also provided excellent fire fighting and security
system. Besides that, for the person with disabilities, there are also OKU
toilet and parking to assist them. In addition, there are Automated Teller
Machine (ATM) and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) machine of Bank Islam
inside this building
