Recruiting and Selecting ( R&S) { 4-6 }

Responsible for recruiting all members Personal Skills


Responsible for recruiting delegates for the session of
LIMMIT SEATS
Responsible for

Quality and Development (Q&D) { 6-8 }

Observing and documenting members needs and progress.


Documenting moment of meeting
Providing professional trainers upon request of each committee.
Helps committee heads in motivating the members.
Ensures proper delivery of SEG vision, mission and values.
Preparing the year Code of Conduct.
. Evaluating and documenting SEGs events

Media Committee Job:


Description
Photographing all gathering and events.
Making documentaries for needing events, project or
sessions.
Making videos for different purposes.
Designing all publications such as: brochures,
posters, annual
report.

Downstream:

President deals directly and assigns tasks to all Vice President.


Vice President deal directly with the heads of committees
Head of the committee deals with his/her committee members
directly.
Vice president deals directly and assigns tasks to members under
certain
circumstances
Upstream:
HR member will report the HR head with progress performance of
the
committee, within one report every two weeks, and then the HR head
prepares a general report for STP progress (2 copies for president and
vice
president).
Members of every committee deal directly with the heads of the
committee
for feedback, tasks, needsetc.
Heads communicate the information or issue by Vice president, he

(Meeting absence system will be controlled through "strikes
system" that will be introduced to the committee by the HR
member)

About unfinished tasks there where the follow situations:


if the person couldnt do his/her tasks so ..
if he/she didnt call his/her head before dead line so itll count for unfinished task .
if he/she calls his head and the head didnt help him/her so there were no be punishment
on the member but there will be BLACK POINT on head
if he/she calls his/her head and the head helped and the member couldnt finish it so there
will be a new assignment ( might be a task ) and he/she must finish booth tasks in the new
dead line made by the head and the old tasks count for unfinished task.
if person didnt know his task
if he/she didnt know and his/her head didnt make sure the member got all what they had
to do so the problem on the head ( no BLACK POINTS or anything ) but he must take
caution next time and distribute the task wisely
if the member know his/her task but he/she said that not got anything he/she will have
punishment on behavior

BLACK POINTS will gained to person on the way to scare them about this
particular something and motivate them to not do it again
And will gain on the following:
smoking or drinking during meetings
when load the voice on discussion or having verbal fight on
higher position or member from same/other teams
when cross the plan of member-head behavior
when not be an active member
if late on meeting or anything without excuse ( counts with
marks )
when cause a problem with other in this case will gain 2
BLACK POINTS

Reward & Punishment System

Members must be told by their tasks in events and sessions 2


days before
the time.
Members must be told by meeting time 2 days before the
meeting if not,
the members have the right not to attend with no black points to
members
and one black point to the executive and head.
One black point for each undelivered task from the heads or
executives to
the officers.
Four black points from the officers to the head and executive
will be
ordinary members for a specific period of time and the vice will
be the
committee leader.
Any of the heads, executives and officers that break his/her
position job

NOTE: & Punishment System


Reward
BLACK POINTS will prevent members from
getting their
certificate from SEG at the end of the season" and
might be
controlled be preventing from SEG sessions and
events.
3 black points, HR member and committee head
make a
closed meeting with that member to see the
problem and
trying to solve it.
5 black points, the executive and the head of the
committee
has the right to fire that member.
