RADIO

Radio is the radiation of


electromagnet energy
through space. The
biggest use of radio
waves is carry
information, such as
sound, by systematically
changing some properties
radiated waves such as
their amplitude,
frequency, phase etc.

Gramophone
commonly known as
record is an analog
sound storage medium
in the form of flat
polyvinyl chloride
disk with an inscribed
modulated spiral
groove. The groove
usually starts near
periphery and near
the Centre of the disk.

PLAYER
Audio cassette
commonly called tape
is a magnetic tape
recording format for
audio recording and
playback. It was
originally designed
dictation machines
but improvement in
fidelity led to the
compact cassette.

TAPE
RECORDER
Tape recorder or
Tape desk is the
audio storage
devices that record
and playback sound,
including articulated
voices usually using
magnetic tape either
wound on reel or in
cassette for storage.

external to a computer
that disable the lower
fidelity built in
speakers. The
standard connection is
3.5 mm. there also
USB speakers which
are powered with 5
volts provided by the
USB port.

growing market for
Bluetooth technology,
with Bluetooth
enabled hand free
calling system now
included as standard
equipment on
millions of new cars
and trucks.

An Mp3 player is an
electric device that
can play digital audio
files. Since the Mp3
format is widely used,
almost all player can
play that format.
There are many other
digital audio format.
Some formats are
proprietary such as
(WMA), (AAC) etc.

Microphone
colloquially mic or
mike is an acoustic to
electric transducer
that convert sound
into an electrical
signal. Microphones
are used in many
application such as
telephone, hearing
aids etc.

EARPHONE

Earphones are small
enough to fit just
about in any pocket
and they shorten the
distance between you
and the sound more
than any other
headphone design. In
order to sound really
great however they
need to have a snug
fit.

easy on eyes

A map is a symbolic
depiction highlighting
relationship between
elements of some
space such as object,
regions and themes.
Many maps static two
dimensional,
geometrically accurate
dimensional .E.g..
Brain mapping,
(DNA)mapping etc..

showing photographic
slides 0.35mm slide
projector ,direct
descendant of larger
format magic lantern.
Slide projectors were also
widely used in
educational and other
institutional settings.

in which the data is
represented by symbols
such as bars in a bar

chart. A chart can
represent tabular
numeric data function
or some kinds of
qualitative structure
and provides different
info.

CAMERA

A pen camera or spy


camera is a still or
video camera used to
film people without
their knowledge. The
camera is hidden
because it is not visible
to the subject or is
disguised as another
object. Pen cameras
can be built into
commonly used objects
such as television sets,
mobile phones etc.

TORCH

A torch is a stick with


combustible material
at one end, which is
ignited and used as a
light source. Torches
have been used
throughout history,
and are still used in
processions, symbolic
etc. In some countries
the word torch is used
as the term for a
'battery operated
portable light.

FLASH
CARDS
A flashcard is a set of
cards bearing
information, as words
or numbers, on either
or both sides, used in
classroom drills or in
private study. One
writes a question on a
card and an answer
overleaf. Flashcards
can bear vocabulary,
historical dates etc.

Print materials are


printed items such
as newsletters,
flyers, pamphlets,
books, magazines,
journals, and
newspaper. Nonprint materials
refer to the
aforementioned
electronic versions.

SCALES

The scale of a map is the


ratio of a distance on the
map to the corresponding
distance on the ground.
The concept of scale
becomes meaningful in
two distinct ways. The
ratio of the size of the
generating globe to the
size of the Earth. The
generating globe is a
conceptual model to
which the Earth is shrunk
and map is projected.
