CPU Interference Prevention

Steps

of preventing disruptions if the CPU does not operate

normally include:

1. The program re-loading and data RTU

2. Replacing the CPU if reloading is unsuccessful and
3. Doing a back loading of programs and data

Power Supply Interference Prevention

The

steps of preventing damages in Power Supply consist of :

1. Checking the input voltage of 48 vdc.

2. Checking the MCB 48 volt turned on or off.
3. Checking the Power Supply Module output (if it does not
comply with the specifications declared defective module).
4. Replacing the Power Supply module

Input/Output Module Interference Prevention

Steps

of preventing disruptions if the Input/Output Module

does not operate normally include:

1. Checking for wiring system and finding the location of wiring

interference with the help of pictures
2. Checking limit switch and cleaning it
3. Performing the replacement of the digital input module
defective.

Telesignal Interference Prevention

Steps

of preventing disruptions if Telesignal does not operate normally include:

1. Preparing working tools

2. Wiring examination ITF / MDF / SIC
3. Checking the condition of the signal (on / off invalid) at the ITF / MDF / SIC
4. Checking the wiring of the limit switch, terminal in Marshalling Kiosk,
and SCADA Interface

Control Panel,

5. Examination of Digital Input / Card AL 05/07

6. Checking the input voltage
7. Filling the Log Book Maintenance / Repair Equipment SCADATEL No.RJTD / FML / 044007 (optional)
8. Making a statement after performed maintenance equipment readiness by
completing Form Prepared Statement of Operations No. RJTD / FML / 04-4003 (optional)

Telemetering Interference Prevention

Steps of preventing disruptions if Telemetering does not operate normally include:

1. Checking the ratio CT and PT, is the database range already satisfy the Master Station.
2. Wiring examination and CT and PT Ratios
3. Perform localization for security at the terminal measuring transformer short link open
link CT and PT
4. Checking the wiring of the terminal CT and PT to the transducer is already in line with
the specific system wiring for input connection
5. Checking supply transducer
6. Checking wiring output transducer to analog input / card aa11 / 13
7. Checking the transducer input range

Remote Control Interference Prevention

Steps

of preventing disruptions if Remote Control does not operate normally include:

1. Examination of Digital Output / Relay Card RL00 and aids

2. Checking the power supply system
3. Checking function Digital Output / Card RL00
4. Checking the function of auxiliary relay
5. Examination System Wiring and Synchronizing
6. Checking the wiring / modifications telecontrol systems PMT, PMS and Tap Changer
Transformer
7. Checking function Switch Local, Remote, Supervisory
8. Checking function Synchronizing
9. Checking the duration of working time remote control
10. Examination Control System PMT, PMS and Tap Changer Transformer

Modem Interference Prevention

If

an interruption occurs Modem can be ascertained that the

RTU could not dialogue with the Master Computer. Then
performed these steps as follows:

1. Loopback modem from RTU to Computer Master.

2. If the loopback to a Master Computer error there, then do back
loopback internal modem and if normal, an interruption can be
sure the data link
3. Perform repair shared data link officer to report to the PLC or if
the ICON + Fiber Optics network disruption.
